The employee receives a reminder on his laptop every 90 minutes that it is time for his exercise session, which lasts 3-5 minutes - no cardio and exercises that are made for everyone and are intended to relieve tension. Similar to the principle of remembering when you drive long distances in the car and that it's time for a break.
